FAQs

  • Unfortunately at this time I do not accept insurance.

  • Holistic Nutritionists are not commonly an authorized use of HSA/FSA funds because the IRS requires covered services to be for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease—which falls outside the Scope of Practice for Holistic Nutrition Professionals.

However, some HSA/FSA plans may authorize coverage. It is your responsibility to check with your HSA or FSA administrator to confirm whether my services will be covered before booking an appointment.

If your plan does not cover my services, you will be responsible for any charges. I recommend contacting your provider directly to inquire about eligibility.

  • Absolutely! Collaborating with your primary care physician can be a helpful tool in your journey to better health.

  • Healing is a journey, and the timeline can vary from person to person. It's important to remember that the condition(s) you’re experiencing likely developed over time, often years, before becoming noticeable. Similarly, healing takes time, and patience.

That said, with consistent commitment, many clients begin noticing positive changes in their health within the first month. These improvements might include increased energy levels, improved digestion, less frequent or severe symptoms, and improved mental health.

After the first month, we’ll reassess your progress, celebrate your wins, and address any potential obstacles to ensure we stay on track toward your long-term health goals. Your commitment plays a big role in how quickly you’ll see results, and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

  • Ultimately, the decision to complete recommended lab work is up to you. However, any labs I recommend are because I believe they can be powerful tools in uncovering the root causes of your health concerns. By having this deeper understanding, I can create a more precise and effective treatment plan tailored to your needs.

As one of my teachers wisely says, "Don’t guess when you can test."

I’ve personally experienced the frustration of wasting years and a lot of money on trial-and-error approaches. It wasn’t because I didn’t want to run labs—it was because no one guided me on which labs I should do. My goal is to save you that time and frustration by providing clear recommendations.
